Customer Service Advisors and Account Collectors / Negotiators - Leeds
Our Customer Service and Account recovery teams are currently undergoing expansion and we have opportunities for up to 5 new team members in this exciting area. The roles are varied and challenging and will suit confident persons. You should enjoy problem solving and be able to discuss overdue and defaulted customer accounts with a professional and customer focused approach. The ability to negotiate or mediate professionally but remain friendly and confident are just some of the qualities we are looking for. Salaries are dependant on experience but OTE of £15k or more is typical. Performance related pay can take this figure to over £22k. Our highest achievers can earn nearer £40k
